Crusty Calvin's Sourdough

Calvin Maxwell is the name of my Sourdough Starter. I started an Instagram account awhile ago while I was a stay-at-home dad doing a lot of baking. Rather than flood the feed of my friends and family with way too many bread photos, I used his name and just ran with it. What started as a journal to document my results slowly grew and grew, so I decided to put together this website as a resource to share my recipes and help spread the word about Sourdough baking. 

My name is actually Brendan. I'm a carpenter by trade, I love riding bikes and I bake a lot of bread! My wife, two young children and I currently live in Squamish, British Columbia. Hit me up for a loaf of bread if  you're passing through... I usually always have an extra loaf to share!
